Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a Workshop Manager role within the Automotive Industry
- Candidate's that have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Workshop Foreman role will also be considered
- Must have a stable track record
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide contactable references | pay slips
- Must have a valid Trade Test for either Petrol Technician or Motor Mechanic
- Must be able to work under pressure in a high pace dealership
- Must be able to manage a team of up to 10 Petrol Technicians | RSA's and Apprentices
- Must be able to drive sales growth within the Service Department
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Basic Salary (Depending on experience)
